Florida Gulf Bank signed a definitive agreement to merge with IBERIABANK Corporation on March 19, 2012. This announcement is the first merger of two healthy banks in Florida in a number of years. This union will bring about a wider variety of services and technology for Florida Gulf Bank clients in addition to expanding the number of branch locations in Lee County and beyond.
