Online Services Alert.

 

Bill Pay Service will be unavailable from 2pm December 8th through 9am December 12th in order to complete our upgrade to our new CheckFree service.

 

If you have the opportunity, please watch the CheckFree Demo for information on navigating through the application.  For a preview of our new bill pay system, please go to our Online Education Center website at http://www.onlinebanktours.com/oec/index.php?BID=294 then choose “New Bill Pay” or “New Business Bill Pay” for a demo.

 

Please print out all of your Current Bill Pay information (Accounts, Merchants and their information, Payments you have scheduled, etc.), prior to December 8th.  On Monday, December 12th, please log into your account and compare the bill pay information to your print-outs.  Additionally, please print out any Bill Pay history you would like to keep, as CheckFree will not be able to access the previous Bill Pay history information.  

For Business Bill Pay Level Two and Level Three Users:  Please print out all of your information as well as know your log in information as you will have to be manually entered into the CheckFree system.
